Ambrosia is the best

The results are in! Ten more quarts of frozen corn is in the freezer, making a total of 27 quarts altogether. I beat my goal! I can't say it was easy (three marathon days and lots of cleaning up afterwards) but I recommend doing it with a friend. The time goes by much quicker with good conversation and helping hands. It was hilarious watching our kids play together -- they work together and get into so much mischief! Yesterday we found them emptying the contents of a purse, lipstick on hands and faces. So entertaining. If you look at it that way...
