First Art Projects
This week's theme is Occupations. We're starting out with trucks and trains -- "manly jobs". Peter hasn't ever played with paint before -- now he's learned a new word, 'painting' and seems to really enjoy it! He's careful, however, and doesn't like getting his hands too dirty. I'm thankful!
We drove two of his trucks around on big pieces of paper, to see what kind of tracks they make.
I've been so nervous about breaking out the Playdoh -- but it wasn't as bad as I envisioned! Peter is pretty careful with his art projects and we only ended up with a couple pieces falling on the carpet ("uh-oh"). I could just see his creative wheels turning...it was fun.
