Pear Polenta Muffins


My first attempt at baking GF [gluten free]. Not too hard at all! If you have the right ingredients. Which we do, thanks to Tim. It was a simple combining of wet ingredients and dry, mixing together and adding diced pear. The result -- very tasty! Not super bready, but sweet and filling. Two thumbs up! I'll make these again.
