Fitness Goals

I am NOT happy with my lack of motivation to exercise lately. I've got to step it up a notch. In the past, I've found hyper-scheduling can sometimes do the trick...at least to get habits formed. I'm going to at least try it. And as always, my blog is going to keep me accountable.

I'm going to continue going to the Community Ball Class twice a week. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm.

I'm going to add morning exercise to my routine -- lap swim on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 6:30-7:30am and weight training on Tuesdays and Thursdays, same time.

I haven't been getting much exercise on my "daily walk with the kids" because Peter has wanted to either walk or ride his tricycle. He needs exercise too! So, I'm going to try a faster walk with both of them in the stroller followed by time outside for Peter to stretch his muscles. Probably between Ezra's first and second naps.

With two kids, we haven't been swimming at the pool as much. Ezra gets kinda chilled (not as pudgy as Peter was at that age). It's really good for Peter to continue to get practice swimming though -- we need to try to go at least every week.

And my poor neglected bike...with the warmer weather I need to ride more!!

OK, dear blog. I've taken the first step -- now hold me to it!!
