Better LUCK Next Time

I made green scones for St. Patrick's Day. Imagine that.

But I don't have a success story or a great recipe to share.

They were OK -- but kind-of a flop. I'd give them a 3 out of 10. Kinda like a pancake, nowhere near the flaky awesomeness of the last batch I made. Bad recipe.

But they were green!! And the little chunks of rhubarb were nice. I want to try rhubarb scones again -- any ideas for an herb or flavor to go with the rhubarb??

I scored really low this year -- didn't even make a green meal for Tim. And the "mint" milkshake I ordered was peppermint, the RED kind. Double ouch.
