Opposites Attract
The longer we are married, the more discoveries we make about how opposite we are.
For example, shopping together -- I like it, husband doesn't. Gardening together -- husband loves, I don't. Why is gardening such a nice thing to do alone??
Coming to the middle on these issues is important, but difficult. I am used to things a certain way...or I LIKE things a certain way. Change is tough. It gets me out of my comfort zone.
But change is really good when it makes a marriage stronger, bringing two very different people together. And when we are so polar opposite, usually a good middle spot (BALANCED) is important.
So I will learn to enjoy gardening together! Think my husband will ever like shopping with me?? =)
