He certainly does. It never fails. You'll hear Peter say (emphatically) "STOP SPLASHING, EZRA -- you will get a time out!!!"
He's taking our methods of discipline and multiplying them x10. We're definitely teaching him that Mommy and Daddy decide when the consequences are necessary, not Peter. =)
