'Lellow' Flower Day
I love picking dandelions and searching around the yard for them is fun! I found a few in the backyard and then we went out looking for more in the park. There were LOTS there.
I found some that had already gone to seed and we blew them off into the air. Mommy says if they find some dirt, they will grow into more dandelions. (Sorry Daddy.)
Daddy doesn't like dandelions. He spends a lot of time digging them out by the roots.
Then we did a craft together! We cut daffodil parts of out paper, yellow for the flower part and green for the stem and leaves. We put an egg carton thing for the front of the flower. See?
I decided it needed something to help it stand up -- Mommy got a jar and I filled it with real dirt. Not pretend dirt. I watered it too.
