Meal Planning Monday

Suppose pears are in season? Yep. Time to eat a pair of pears. And bake with pears. And squash. Happy Fall. =)

cornmeal mush with honey
thickened pears on toast with almond butter and honey

grilled cheese and tomato soup
egg salad and cucumbers
black bean nachos with avocado
baba ghonaouch with pita triangles {disclosure: this is a serious project and may never happen}
greek chopped pita salad

banana milkshakes with almond butter and flax meal
carrot and squash curry soup {another big project, but I'd sure like to try it -- and I could use my immersion blender!!}
spanish rice
haystacks with homemade beans
mini pizzas on english muffins and green drink {if I get brave}
