Below Zero Play; Short-Lived

I love how pictures make things look so happy. You totally wouldn't know that we spent 30+ minutes trying to get our snow clothes on and out the door. With significant protesting.

You can't feel the chill in the below-zero air.

You don't hear the miserable cries of a 17-month-old with a glove-less hand. Whose boots kept falling off.

You missed entirely the almost-scared-the-pee-out-of-him sled run that sent us hurrying home to the toilet. Not ready to make yellow snow in a public place yet.

You also didn't see the traffic waiting for a certain blue Jeep to get out of the middle of the road.

All you see is this. Feast your eyes.
