Meal Planning Monday

We are thankful for FOOD!!  Wow. We plan to eat well this week. And exercise well (5K runs every morning). What ever would we do without pumpkin and cranberries. And dinner roast.

cold cereal and lemon cranberry muffins
scrambled eggs, sausages and sweet potato biscuits
cornmeal mush and honey
yogurt with flax meal and granola

baking (2)
lemon and fresh cranberry scones
buttermilk sweet potato pie

lunches (5)
baked spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips
creamy pasta with greens and tomatoes
feta ciabatta sandwiches
grilled cheese and tomato soup
mini mushroom olive pizzas on English muffins

suppers (5)
tortilla soup
lentil soup in a sourdough bread bowl
gluten, butter pecan sweet potatoes, green beans, pumpkin rolls, ETC
challah and fruit soup
dinner roast, mashed potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, roasted acorn squash ETC
