This time of year, the small things sometimes get overlooked. We're busy! We're planning ahead. We're trying to create a festive atmosphere and plenty of memories for our families.

We might miss the cute little pitter patter of jingling feet.

We might not notice the focused child working diligently on his "real" mini-pie. 

With his shirt taped on, of course.

Think you'd notice the gift of an eraser dot-painted napkin holder? 

Or the loving neck-grabbing, nose-biting antics of the baby? Wait, ya, that's kinda hard to ignore. Especially when he's been eating garlicy guacamole.

Pay attention to the small things today. The little reminders of love and joy all around you.
