Day Six / "Back at the Ranch"

Homemade lunches don't need to be super time-consuming...it's also OK to cheat sometimes.

I opened a can of our favorite {vegetarian} Worthington Chili for this lunch {the kids love it, of course}.

I made my quickest cornbread recipe the night before and stuck leftover cornbread in his lunch.

We make applesauce every fall when the apples are cheap.

And of course, peaches were in season when I planned this lunch -- just substitute with fresh fruit local to you. :)
