Thank You and Please

Sometimes there's nothing else to say in prayer but "thank you" and then a sobbed "please". Things can be so unbelievably hard to understand with just our current slice of time to stand on. God knows. I certainly don't.

I just pray that we will all have a renewed sense of hope and faith in a greater and more powerful Power so that we don't collapse asking why?
Because we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose. [Romans 8:28]
Not our purpose, maybe not even what we think His purpose should be. But HIS PURPOSE.

God -- thank you. Thank you that you can be trusted. Thank you for having our best interests at heart. Thank you for salvation.
And God -- please. Please heal the aching, bruised, dying hearts. Please draw each and every one of us toward you. Please comfort the broken.
