Food Inspiration | Winter Comfort Food

Cranberries and figs and gingerbread sound like music to me this time of year. They just know the right notes to play, the right rhythm. These recipes look amazing and I'm dying to test them out. Especially that cranberry pie.

Because it's the small things that people enjoy -- the sour bursts of flavor among the sweet, the crunch of pistachios and pomegranate seeds, the soft yeasty bread stuck together with brown sugar. Food speaks to people. Now to get in the kitchen and make some music...
