The Mind Body Connection

I listened to an archived episode of Speaking of Faith this morning. It was dealing with the topics of stress and anxiety and how they are linked to our physiology. We've known this for years, but science is just now starting to medically appreciate the connection between our mental well-being, etc. and our physical health.

I thought it was very interesting and confirms my belief that attitude has a lot to do with how healthy we are.
