Scrapbooking. It really helps put things in perspective.
I can always look back at pictures of our lives and think -- "how wonderful! we were really having fun back then!"
Yes, we were. And if I take pictures of today, no matter how tough it seems right now, we will look back and say the same. What fun.
It's also a really great stress-reliever. A creative release.
