Meal Planning Monday

OK, so I didn't make all the yummy food I should have last week. But job is easier today. =p Still looking forward to that crockpot curry. I'll tell you all about it. 

breakfasts (5)
applesauce on toast with almond butter and honey
oatmeal with pears and coconut
omelet with yellow squash and feta
cornmeal mush with honey
bagels and cream cheese, fruit platter, Saucettes

baking (2)
coconut scones
carrot raisin muffins
cinnamon rolls (Tim's project!)

lunches (5)
enchiladas with black beans, corn, green chilies and cilantro
eggplant salad toasts
beet borscht
egg salad sandwiches, veggies and dip

suppers (5)
lentil soup with homemade bread
crockpot chickpea curry and rice (need to plan ahead!!)
Italian vegetable soup (with vegeburger and kidney beans)
taco soup
