Meals on a Monday

Our meal plans are getting simpler by the week. I've done some readjusting to the four meals a day thing -- putting the larger meal at 3:30pm and planning for the 11am and 6:30pm meals to be more like snacks. Very light. So really -- two meals a day, plus snacks. You can view this week's meal plan here.

Depending on time this week, I'd love to make some lasagna...and maybe something special for breakfast. :) Here's some inspiration for y'all.
