Meals on a Monday {or Tuesday}

This week's menu ideas were obvious to me. The garden is producing enough cilantro for a small Mexican village right now. We're talking salsa for everyone.

But one can only eat so much salsa. So we must get creative.
And one must also get creative when freezers fail, leaving bags and bags of thawed cranberries in its wake. So much for storing up for the holidays. Fortunately, the freezer was a simple fix -- resetting the GFCI outlet that had somehow tripped right before our weekend away. And most everything survived {bread, Dinner Roast, dried apples, corn}. It was actually a wake up call to Use What Is In The Freezer.

So. Can you think of ten recipes using fresh cranberries that don't end with sauce? Let's see what we can find.

How about now? :)

All that should keep me busy for a couple weeks, really. I wish there were more hours in the day. I think I'll probably start with the Cilantro Cornbread, it sounds easy enough.
