There is something incredibly healing about the hot rays of the sun. Relaxing. Soothing. Life-giving.
The boys played so happily together today. It was beautiful.
I needed this day of warmth and serenity. Of playful afternoons and good conversation.
Of lyrical four-handed piano chords and spelled words all-by-himself.
Of flip flops and rolled up jeans. Of fiction on the driveway while boys ride electric vehicles.
And of afternoons with such good friends. We have much much much to be thankful for.
Thank you Jesus.
