Food Inspiration | Fall is Orange

Ever noticed how much of fall food is orange? Pumpkins, sweet potatoes, carrots...curry... :)

Anyway. That thought just hit me while I was making this collage. It looked awfully orange. And the view out my window is deliciously orange too. #iheartfall #nexttosummer

We've already tested the honeyed sweet potatoes [bottom left] sans mustard and think they are totally delish. Like sweet potato casserole without all the sugar and marshmallows and stuff. And putting cider in carrot cake? That just sounds like a good idea. We had the pumpkin french toast last weekend with fried honeyed bananas and maple syrup on top -- two thumbs up. And I know carrots and maple syrup are a good combination.
